  1. Opening:
  2. Body:

  • Good morning, and thank you for joining me.
  • Today, I’d like to show you how we can reduce response time.
  • By the end of this presentation, you will understand our three options and my recommendation.

  • I’ll begin with the current problem, then compare two solutions, and finally recommend the next step.
  • There are three points I’d like to cover.

My name is…

  • Let’s move on to the second issue.
  • Now that we’ve looked at the cause, let’s consider the solution.
  • This brings us to the main question.

  • The key point is that…
  • What matters here is…
  • I’d like to draw your attention to…

  • However, this result depends on two assumptions.
  • There is one important limitation to keep in mind.

  • This chart compares monthly costs across the three plans.
  • As you can see in the highlighted section, demand rose sharply in April.
  • The figure on the right shows the difference before and after implementation.

  • This represents a 15 percent reduction compared with last year.
  • In practical terms, this saves approximately two hours per employee each week.
  • The data suggests a trend, but it does not prove causation.

  • To sum up, we face one problem and have two realistic options.
  • The main takeaway is that early action will reduce both cost and risk.
  • Based on this evidence, I recommend that we begin a three-month pilot.
  • The next step is to confirm the budget by Friday.

That’s all.

  • Thank you. I’d be happy to take your questions.
  • If I understand correctly, you’re asking whether…
  • Could you clarify what you mean by “long term”?

  • The short answer is yes.
  • Based on our current data, we expect…
  • There are two reasons for that.

  • I don’t have that figure with me, but I can confirm it and follow up this afternoon.
  • That is outside today’s scope, but it is relevant to the next phase.
  • We have not tested that assumption yet, so I don’t want to speculate.
